~* Please Save Me Away From Food! *~

Seak Ling and i just finished our lunch but lunch hour is not over yet. Anyway, both of us really ate a lot. We had our breakfast at home. Then, Eugene's mum bought some yau char kuai for me since Eugene kept on reminding his mum to do so. But, he reminded her on the wrong day because he supposed to do so next Monday! I shared the yau char kuai with Seak Ling as well for brunch. We share everything over here. From workloads to food!

Few hours later, it was time for lunch but actually we were not that hungry yet. But, for the sake of lunch time, we ate again. I don't want to have so-called lunch during tea-time. *Burp* The rest of the people now are having their nasi bukhara. Yes, people are having their lunch in the office pantry right now, but not the few of us. To compensate for the facts that we were not having nasi bukhara, we had been treated with ice-cream!

People in the office have been telling me that it is useless to look slim now because they believe that i will be gaining back the weight after a month here. It is becoming true! Shit!

Alright, back to work.

Update: Someone bought puffs for everyone. I just had one. Buurrrpp!

*~ Gathering At Spaghetti Grill ~*

Alright, yesterday i had a gathering with a bunch of friends at Spaghetti Grill, Mid Valley for lunch.

Since it is run by the same company than runs Chili's, i expected the prices to be similar to Chili's as well. I was right but they also offer customers with lunch set menu and dinner set menu at RM9.95 ++ and RM16.95 ++ respectively. The lunch set includes a main course and a bottomless soft drink of your choice; meanwhile the dinner set is the same but it also comes together with a dessert and soup of the day.

Hawaiian Pizza.

Salty Spicy Dory Pizza.

Aglio e Olio Pasta.

Fried Chicken Salad.

Seafood Pasta.

The people at the gathering.

Panjang and i.
He is real tall.

With Vienna.

Paulin who is leaving to Sabah for studies.

Panjang, Ripsta and Cik Pilie.
The 3 Musketeers.

They were really daring to pose for us.
No worries, they are straight.. err.... i think.

My very candid yet pretty picture.

And they failed very badly in imitating me.

Jie Juan at the back trying to destroy the picture.

I was there the whole day chatting with friends from 2 in the afternoon all the way until 7.30 in the evening before i joined my family for dinner. Pheww~

~* Malacca : When Stop Eating Was Impossible *~

I had to wake the pig up the next morning. Grrr...!

Breakfast! It was included in the hotel rate paid. Although it was not in buffet style, both of us still loved it so much. As you can see, the set even came with a small bottle of yoghurt drink.

His expression tells you everything.

After breakfast, we went for a morning walk; did it the tourist way.

Stadhuys a.k.a. Red Building.

His photography skill is getting better.

St. Paul's Church.

Boyfriend's second Malacca hot shot.

I also wanted to have one!

He is such a good poser!

Malacca is like a very big theme park. The day before we went for Malacca River Cruise. The next day, we went to Menara Taming Sari.

One person for RM 20. However, if you flash your identification card, you only need to pay RM 10.

Boyfriend's sexy back.

He thought that i did not realise. Instead, i knew and i could posed in time for the shot.

Up in the sky!

Maritime Museum.

Stomachache look.

The weather was so hot! We walked all the way to Jonker Street for cendol session.

Nyonya asam laksa.

Cendol
.
I love the thickness and sweetness of the gula Melaka.

We also went to have satay. Pork satay, okay!

RM0.60 per stick. No beef is served. Only chicken and pork.

Pork intestine and pork meat.

He is truely a pork lover.

Last stop before we started our journey back to Kuala Lumpur: Newton Culture Food Village uses food court concept.

We wanted to eat the famous popiah but the stall was close. We only managed to eat chee cheong fun there. Still, the chee cheong fun was so delicious with a layer of smooth steamed egg!

It was pouring like mad again in the afternoon when we were on our way home.

That's all about the trip to Malacca. We ate too much. We camwhored too much.

*~ Malacca : Worshipping The Balls ~*

I went to Malacca with boyfriend on last Saturday for a 2 days and 1 night trip. It was raining cats and dogs when he fetched me at 10 in the morning.

Either that or it was drizzling all the way. As if the dark clouds were following us all the way to Malacca.

When he was driving and could not pay much attention to me, i entertained myself with the best thing i do always. Camwhoring.

Once we reached Malacca, we went for lunch. While waiting for our turn, we took our very first picture in Malacca.

Chicken rice balls. Who does not worship the balls of Malacca?

After the lunch, we went right across the street for durian cendol.

I was trying to mix all the ingredients. It was quite tasteless when i expected this to be sweet.

At the same place, we saw this as well. Pancake with kaya (i think) in it. Nice and not sweet.

At 2 in the afternoon, it was time for us to check into Aldy Hotel. I really love the hotel. Extremely strategic location. Nice and clean room (and the bathroom as well). We were even provided with robes, sarung, hair dryer, mini fridge, safe, main Astro channels! RM161.00 (including GST) for one night stay at the hotel.

Next stop was Dataran Pahlawan.

We went to Nadeje Pastisserie Cafe which is well-known in Malacca for its french dessert, Mille Crepe. A dessert that requires huge effort.

This shop is not like those shops selling things at RM 5 per item in KL. Daiso is so much better; selling Japanese items. Snacks, cosmetics, gardening tools, kitchen utensils and so on. It is not easy for someone like me who can shop at this kind of shop because i am afraid of low quality stuffs that are cheap. I was so wrong! Even boyfriend also could not resist to grab some stuffs there.

We continued walking around the town and snapping pictures.

We also went for Malacca River Cruise.

After the river cruise, it was time for dinner. We walk all the way to this shop which is very famous for its satay celup. Steamboat ingredients but in satay sauce. Just like lunch, we queued again for this.

I told boyfriend not to eat so much first so that we could have food hunting activity at Jonker Street.

Night view of Malacca River.

Jonker Street.

Fruit candy.

Popsicle.

Errr... When it comes to this, i think KL has nicer and cheaper one.

Yam coin. Yum yum... This is my all-time favourite.

Fried oyster. I still prefer the one in Penang.

This is for mum as requested. It's made of winter melon.

Again, this is my all-time favourite. Pineapple tart.

-The end of day 1 in Malacca-
